This RFQ invites quotations for steep area thinning services at Blyde plantation. The closing date is July 17, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Quotations must be emailed to ***@***. *. *, using the RFQ number and description in the subject line. Service providers must complete the RFQ document, submit on company letterhead, and include BBBEE verification certificates or Eme QSE sworn affidavits. Late and incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Bidders must inform Safcol if the RFQ specifications are based on a specific brand before the closing date. All SBD documents must be signed and returned with the quotation. Joint ventures must submit a consolidated BEE certificate. Accepted RFQs will be communicated via a purchase order or promissory note. No goods/services/works must be prepared or delivered before receiving the official purchase order or promissory note. All prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT. Safcol reserves the right to accept any offer in full or in part. Service providers will be disqualified for non-compliance with tax status, fraudulent information, false declarations, listing on the national treasury's database of restricted suppliers, and failure to quote in line with specifications. The evaluation process has four phases: administrative compliance, mandatory evaluation, functionality evaluation, and price and specific goals evaluation. Specific documents are required for verification of points allocation for various preference categories (e. g. , black-owned, women-owned, disability, youth). The tender is subject to Safcol's general conditions of the RFQ and general conditions of purchase, if applicable, and any other special conditions of contract (SCC). Bidders must confirm that they understand and will comply with all conditions.
