The successful bidders are to ensure compliance with section 204 of the Value Added Tax (VAT) Act, 89 of **** invoices received from registered VAT vendors must bear specific information, and failure to comply will result in payments not being made timeously. If specific goals have been claimed or obtained on a fraudulent basis or any of the conditions of contract have not been fulfilled, the organ of state may disqualify the person, recover costs, cancel the contract, recommend restriction from obtaining business, and forward the matter for criminal prosecution.
