Bidders must comply with all peremptory requirements, including tax compliance and having a valid CSD number. a bid that does not comply with the peremptory requirements stated hereunder will beregarded as not being an acceptable bid, and such a bid will be rejected.

A delay by the supplier in performance renders the supplier liable to the imposition of penalties. a delay by the supplier inthe performance of its delivery obligations shall render the supplier liable to the imposition of penalties, pursuant to gcc clause 22, unless an extension of time is agreed upon pursuant to gcc clause 22.
