Bidders must pass Gate 0 prequalification, which includes submitting documents like tax clearance and SBD forms. all bidders who have documents as outlined in passed gate 0 will proceed to table 1 below.

Nonsubmission of any document during Gate 0 may result in disqualification. the bidders proposals may be disqualified for nonsubmission of any of the documents.
