The contractor shall assess the amount due and submit a tax invoice to the client before each assessment day. The interest on late payment is the prime lending rate of the absa bank.
Quotations will be evaluated based on price (80 points) and specific goals (20 points), including black-owned entities.
Service providers must have at least 5 years of experience in the forestry industry, specifically in the Lowveld and Highveld areas, providing tactical response services. They must also provide traceable and contactable references.
A site inspection is a mandatory phase of the evaluation process. During site inspection, SAFCOL will be verifying all of the below items, therefore, they should be made available on the day of inspection.
