Non-compliant goods will not be offloaded: on delivery, if the items do not comply to the required specification, it will not be offloaded. the supplier will need to return the goods on own cost.

The evaluation uses the 80/20 preference point system with points for price, B-BBEE status, and locality. the **** system for requirements with a rand value of up to r50 000 000 all applicable taxes included

Tenderers must submit original or originally certified bbbee certificate or affidavit and locality proof such as municipal account for business or lease agreement.

Failure to submit required documents may result in disqualification. a score of 0 zero will be allocated if compulsory documents not duly completed and signed and if insufficient proof submitted at the closing time and date.
