Credit Rating Tenders

The bid responses must be submitted by 31 March 2026, not later than 11:00 AM. Bidders are advised to submit at least 30 minutes before the deadline to avoid technical challenges.

Payments will be linked to specified deliverables after such deliverables have been approved by the IDC. Payments will be made within 30 days from the date of invoice.

The contract will be awarded to the bidder scoring the highest points, unless an objective criterion justifies the award to another bidder. The evaluation includes initial screening, technical functionality, and a preference point system (80% price, 20% specific goals).

Bidders must comply with RFP requirements, including general and specific bid conditions. This includes tax compliance, submission of required documents, and meeting functional and technical criteria. Bidders who score 70% or more in functional/technical requirements will be shortlisted.

The IDC reserves the right to conduct site visits at bidders' corporate offices and/or client sites if required.

The notice does not mention the submission of samples.

Enquiries in relation to this RFP will not be entertained after 25 March 2026.
