Bidders must submit a valid tax PIN certificate, municipal account, company registration, and reference letters. 1 or 2 reference letters confirming the successful completion of previous slab scanning and testing work

Penalties apply for late delivery. the purchaser shall. . . deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services using the current prime interest rate calculated for each day of the delay

No site briefing is required. there is no need for site briefing.

Failure to submit required documents may lead to disqualification. should all of these documents not be included, the bidder may be disqualified on the basis of non compliance.

Penalties apply for non-compliance: a penalty of up to r1, 000 per occurrence per site may be charged for unqualified artisans and a penalty up to r 200 per employee per day for missing PPE.
