Bids must be submitted by 08 July 2026 at 12:00.

Bidders will be evaluated based on compliance, technical functionality (minimum 70%), price (80 points), and specific goals (20 points).

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), be tax compliant, and provide proof of registration as a waste disposal service provider. A minimum technical score of 70% is required.

Failure to comply with stated service level requirements may give PRASA the right to cancel the contract with 30 days' notice.

A compulsory pre-proposal briefing session will be conducted on 18 June 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Failure to attend the compulsory briefing session, submitting incomplete mandatory documents, or engaging in canvassing or collusion may lead to disqualification.

Payloads are required to be delivered to the satellite integrator by September 2026. he qualified flight model must be delivered to sansa or directly to the lead nations integration facility by september 2026.

The payload must be South African made, have flight heritage or be fully flight qualified, and be available for delivery within three months of contract signature. he respondent must meet all of the following mandatory criteria. a the payload must be south african made. . . b the payload must have flight heritage. proof of previous successful space flight. . . or proof of qualification processes is required.

Bids must be deposited in the tender box situated at the reception: Civic Centre, 2 Kingfisher Road, Mandeni no later than 12:00, on Friday, 3rd of July 2026.

The Mandeni Municipality does not bind itself to accepting the lowest bid, either wholly or in part or give any reason for such action.

Only bidders who are registered with CIDB in a contractor grading of 1SH or higher will be eligible to bid. Only bidders registered on Central Supply Database (CSD) will be considered.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the employer will take place at the Tugela Community Hall, Mandeni on Wednesday, 17 June 2026, starting at 12:00 thereafter proceeding to the site.

Failure to attend the compulsory clarification meeting with the bid document will disqualify the tender. Bidders that do not bring the document to the briefing will be disqualified.

Quotations must be placed in the tender box not later than 12h00 on 08 June 2026.

The 80/20 preference point system will be used when evaluating the quotation, which is in terms of PPPFA and the SCM policy of the municipality. Bid to be evaluated on pricing and specific goals.

Service providers must be registered with the Central Supplier Database (www. ***. *. *). Copy of certified ID, Declaration of Interest (MBD 4), certified company registration (CK), tax certificate (TCSP), and latest proof of municipal account (not older than 3 months) are required.

Pre-evaluation disqualification criteria include not being registered on CSD, not attaching a copy of certified ID not older than 6 months, not attaching MBD 4, not attaching certified company registration not older than 6 months, not attaching a tax certificate, and not attaching proof of municipal account or lease agreement.
