The bid is for the appointment of a regional training service provider to provide training and trade testing services for apprenticeship and recognition of prior learning (RPL) programs on artisanal trades. A physical compulsory briefing session will be held on November 25, 2025. Bids must be submitted by December 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The validity period for the bid is 90 days. Bidders must be registered on the central supplier database. The evaluation will be based on prequalification, technical functionality, price, and specific goals. Subcontracting is not permitted without prior written approval. The appointed bidder will report to the Head: Technical Skills. Payments will be made within 30 days after receipt of a valid invoice. The intervention is for thirtysix 36 months starting from the appointment dates of the successful bidders.
The appointed service provider will be paid within 30 days after receipt of a valid invoice, when the services have been fully rendered to the satisfaction of misa, and this will be done by means of electronic transfer directly into the bidders bank account.
The evaluation will be based on prequalification, technical functionality, price, and specific goals.
Prospective service providers must comply with the requirements and submit all required documents indicated hereunder with the bid documents at the closing date and time of bid. Bidders who fail to comply with mandatory requirementsdocuments will be disqualified.
