The purchaser shall make payment for the services rendered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, within 30 thirty days after receipt of an invoice.

The supplier warrants that the goods supplied under the contract are new, unused, of the most recent or current models, and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials unless provided otherwise in the contract. Tenderers aggrieved by tender award decisions taken by Umngeni Local Municipality, may lodge an appeal within 14 days of the date of the award advertisement.
