The main applicant must be a professional registered Civil Engineer or Civil Technologist with valid ECSA registration. A registered Construction Health and Safety Agent with SACPCMP registration and a minimum of 5 years of experience is also required. Architectural services may be included. The applicant must make provision for all costs, and no further budget variations will be permitted. The professional engineer technologist must be based within the NMB for the duration of the contract. The project follows tight timelines, with construction commencement expected before 28 May 2026.
