The bid will be awarded based on a 80/20 preference point system, considering price and specific goals. The bid will be awarded to the bidder who scores the highest points, unless objective criteria in addition to those contemplated in the specific goals preference justify the award to another bidder.

Tenderers must have a CIDB contractor grading of 1EP or higher. Only tenderers who are a cidb contractor grading of 1ep or higher as stated on the tender data may submit tender offers.

A non-compulsory site inspection session will be held on 12 August 2026 at 09:00 am at the Information Desk, Dawid Stuurman International Airport. A noncompulsory briefingsite inspection session will be held on 12 of august 2026 at 09:00 am.

Tenderers may be disqualified if they engage in corrupt or fraudulent practices, or if their tender is found to be nonresponsive. Determine whether there has been any effort by a tenderer to influence the processing of tender offers and instantly disqualify a tenderer and his tender offer if it is established that he engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices.
