The deadline for tender submission is April 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Eskom's standard payment terms are within 30 days of receipt of undisputed invoices for contracts valued below R50,000,000 (including VAT), and within 60 days for contracts valued above R50,000,000 (including VAT).

Tenders will be ranked by applying the preferential point scoring for the 90/10 or 80/20 system. Eskom will add the score from pricing and specific goals together and rank the suppliers from the highest to the lowest.

Tenderers must meet the eligibility criteria stated in the tender data, including not being under any restriction to do business with Eskom or state-owned companies, and not having the nationality of a country on any international sanctions list.

Tenderers shall submit qualifications and cvs for all proposed team members. Foreign qualifications shall be accompanied with a saqa evaluation certificate, qualifications in foreign language shall be translated to english.

The delay damages for completion of the wholes of the works are r1, **** per calendar day.
