Items must be supplied within 20 working days or earlier when receiving an official purchase order. The contractors to supply the various items within 20 working days or earlier when receiving an official purchase order.

Invoices quoting contract and purchase order numbers must be sent to the regional engineer perway, accompanied by delivery note and signed list. payment will be as per schedule of quantities.

Penalty of 1% per day on total PO value for late delivery, not exceeding 10%. a penalty of 1 per day will be charged on the total value of the purchase order po but shall not exceed 10 percent of the total value of the po.

Nonconforming items will be returned at supplier's cost, with 10 working days to correct. delivered items which are found to be nonconforming will be returned to the supplier at their own transport cost.

The contract has a limiting value of R5,000,****. the contract will have a limiting value of r5, 000, **** five million rands only

Eskom commits to paying suppliers within 30 days for contracts below R50 million and within 60 days for contracts above R50 million. eskom is committed to paying suppliers within 30 days of receipt of undisputed invoices

Tenderers will be ranked using the 80/20 preferential point scoring system. eskom will add the score from pricing and specific goals together and rank the suppliers from the highest to the lowest.

Tenderers must meet eligibility criteria including no restrictions from doing business with Eskom, no sanctions list nationality, and no conflicts of interest. tenderers are ineligible to submit a tender if: 1. tenderers have the nationality of a country on any international sanctions list.

Failure to submit mandatory documents renders the bid non-responsive. failure to do so will render the tender not responsive
