PRASA pays for the item within 30 days of receipt of the supplier's correct tax invoice.

The supplier warrants that the items are in accordance with PRASA's requirements, fit for the purpose for which they are intended, and will remain free from defects for a period of one year unless another period is stated in the order from acceptance of the items by PRASA.

PRASA reserves the right to award business to the highest scoring bidders unless objective criteria justify the award to another bidder.

Bidders must submit mandatory returnable documents, including a quotation on company letterhead, RMIMIWA accreditation, and proof of workshop address or lease. Bidders must also be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Late deliveries or late completion of the items may be subject to a penalty if this is imposed in the order contract.

A site visit will be conducted to all bidders that have met the technical threshold of 80. A site visit will be conducted to confirm the capacity of the bidder to perform work as outline in the RFQ items. . . to check space to accommodate coaches availability of equipment required to toolsequipment to work on buses.

Failure to provide mandatory returnable documents, submitting late bids, or attempting to canvass SCM officers or PRASA employees may result in disqualification.

Suppliers are requested to offer their earliest delivery period possible. Delivery will be effected within . working days from date of order.

Bidders must ensure compliance with their tax obligations and submit their unique personal identification number (PIN) issued by SARS. Bidders are required to self-register on National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Late deliveries or late completion of the items may be subject to a penalty if this is imposed in the order contract.

Failure to provide or comply with any of the particulars may render the bid invalid. Incomplete bids will be disqualified. Bidders are warned that a response will be liable for disqualification should any attempt be made either directly or indirectly to canvass any SCM officers or PRASA employee.
