Mandatory requirements include CIDB grading and registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa. Various other documents are required, including SARS PIN, BBBEE certificate, company registration, financial statements, and CSD registration. The evaluation will be based on functionality and price, with a minimum threshold for functionality.
