The service is required to be delivered before 30 April 2026.

The **** preference point system will be applied to evaluate received quotations that comply with all mandatory requirements at the closing date and time of the rfq. Price will be evaluated on 80 points, and 20 points will be allocated to specific goals as illustrated on sbd 6.

The contract shall be valid for a period sufficient to complete all training, simulations, assessments, and reporting as proposed by the service provider, not exceeding 12 june 2026 from date of award.

Payments shall be made by the district municipality within thirty 30 calendar days of receiving the relevant invoice statement provided by the supplier.

This written price quotation will be evaluated on functionality and bidders are required to submit evidence that demonstrate their expertise and experience in respect of providing the typical services in order to obtain relevant points during the functionality evaluation process.

Bidders must submit a detailed employee profile, training content, and assessment results.
