Quotations will be evaluated based on administrative compliance, prequalification, compliance with specifications, functionality, price and specific goals with an 80/20 preference point for price and specific goals.

The contractor must provide a warranty for all materials supplied and work performed. the appointed contractor must honour the guarantee of 1 year for supplied material and 6 months for workmanship.

Mandatory requirements include qualified electrician trade test certification and qualified fitter trade test certification. Bidders must also achieve a minimum of 80 points out of 100 points for their functionality evaluation.

Bids will be disqualified for failure to submit the below mentioned documents, incomplete pricing schedules, late bids, and not achieving a minimum of 80 out of 100 evaluation total points in functionality.
