The Agricultural Research Council (ARC) is seeking quotations for the supply, delivery, and installation of **** concrete ready mix for power lines at the ARC Irene campus. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), include their CSD registration number and full CSD report, and claim specific goals for scoring under the 80/20 principle. Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms are required. The quotation must include a guarantee period and warranty details, and relevant experience documentation for services. Quotations with a Rand value of R2,**** to R50,000,**** (inclusive of VAT) will be evaluated using the 80/20 principle. The validity of quotations, prices inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and taxes, and the acceptance of full responsibility for execution are required. The ARC reserves the right to accept or reject special terms and conditions, and to do due diligence and benchmark prices. Quotations must be submitted on official letterhead and signed. The ARC's supply chain management code of conduct and general conditions of contract are applicable. Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms must be signed and returned with the quotation. The quotation must indicate the delivery date. Preference points will be awarded for specific goals (e. g. , ownership by HDIs, women, youth, PWDs, RDP goals, promotion of SMEs, BEE status level 1). Bidders must complete the preference point claim form. The bidder must make a declaration regarding the details required in the bidders disclosure form. The validity of the quotations must be indicated. Prices quoted should be in South African Rand and inclusive of VAT costs such as delivery, insurance, taxes, etc. No price adjustments or amendment of the delivery particulars will be considered by the ARC. The supplier accepts full responsibility for the proper execution and fulfilment of the goods/services quoted for. ARC reserves the right to accept or reject any special terms and conditions that may qualify the goods/services to be provided. Quotes should be submitted on an official letterhead and duly signed. Goods and services should be supplied rendered upon receipt of a purchase order from the ARC. The general conditions of contract issued by national treasury are applicable. The ARC supply chain management code of conduct is applicable. Standard bidding documents (SBD) forms must be signed and returned together with the quotation. Failure to comply may result to disqualification of your quotation.
