Prasa acknowledges that it may obtain and have access to personal data of the respondents and agrees to process the information only for the purpose of evaluating and awarding business, in accordance with applicable law. Respondents must ensure compliance with their tax obligations and submit their unique personal identification number (PIN) issued by SARS. Consortia, joint ventures, and subcontractors must submit separate TCS certificates/PINs/CSD numbers. Bids from persons in the service of the state, companies with directors who are persons in the service of the state, or close corporations with members who are persons in the service of the state will not be considered. Failure to provide or comply with any of the above particulars may render the bid invalid.
