The compulsory site briefing is scheduled for 4 November 2026 at 11:00 at 231 Anton Lembede, Durban, stage door. Late arrival will not be permitted.

Bidders listed in the register for tender defaulters and/or the list of restricted suppliers will be automatically disqualified. Failure to disclose CSD-registered companies also leads to disqualification.
