The bid notice states payment will be made within 30 days from receipt of invoice by the finance department.

Bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. Late bids will not be accepted for consideration.

Payment will be made in accordance to the pfma within 30 days of receipt of valid invoice.

The bidder who complies with the specifications and scores highest total points on price and B-BBEE claimed points shall be awarded the contract.

Bidders must ensure compliance with their tax obligations and submit their unique personal identification number (PIN) issued by SARS.

A compulsory site meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 23 September 2025 at the technical services stores, stormsriver mouth.
