Thekwini TVET College is inviting tenders for Wide Area Network (WAN) services for a period of 5 years. Tenderers must meet prequalification criteria including a valid SARS tax clearance certificate, original BB BEE certificate, business entity registration, certified ID copies, company profile with references, municipal statement or lease agreement, proposed project methodology, ISO **** and ISO **** certification, and presence at all Teraco datacenters. Tenders will be evaluated using the 80/20 principle, with points allocated for organizational capacity (35), project methodology (20), locality (15), and key personnel (30). A minimum score of 75 is required for further evaluation. Tender documents cost R500 and are available upon proof of payment. A compulsory site briefing will be held on 26 May 2026 at 11:00 AM at Thekwini TVET College Melbourne Campus. The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12:00 PM on 9 June 2026 at the Central Office. Tenders will be evaluated using the 80/20 principles of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, No. 5, **** with its 2017 regulations and functionality.
Only tenderers who meet the following prequalification criteria may respond: copy of a valid SARS tax clearance certificate with PIN, original BB BEE certificate or a certified copy thereof, a copy of business entity registration certificate, certified ID copies of company directors, a company profile with contactable references, municipal statement not older than three 3 months or lease agreement, the proposed project methodology implementation plan, must be ISO **** quality management system certified, ISO **** information security management system certification, and presence at all Teraco datacenters.
