The RFQ requires the provision of simultaneous broadcast simulcast services involving selected community radio stations across the country for four quarters of 2025-2026. The service provider must secure airtime slots, use the SAWs broadcast studio, purchase airtime, provide an online link for the stations, professional presenters, and a phone facility for listeners. The RFQ will be evaluated in three phases: SCM compliance, functional evaluation, and price and specific goals.
