The bid documents must be submitted before the closing date and time indicated on the cover page of the RFQ, which is 10 June 2026 at 11:00 AM.

The bid notice states that all payments due to creditors for goods delivered or services rendered will be settled within thirty (30) days from receipt of an invoice, unless stated otherwise in this RFQ or mutually agreed upon by both parties prior to award of the RFQ.

The bidder must provide a confirmation letter for a 12-month warranty on workmanship.

A compulsory site briefing will be held at the Irene Weather Office on 03 June 2026 at 11:00 AM.

The bid may be rejected if it is not according to specifications, incomplete, or if the bidder has committed a proven corrupt or fraudulent act. Failure to provide required documentation or comply with any of the particulars may render the bid invalid.

The RFQ is for requirements up to R500 000.

A firm delivery period must be indicated.
