Failure to submit required documents with the quote will result in immediate disqualification. if any of the above requirements is not submitted with the quote it will be an immediate disqualification

Failure to complete MBD forms fully and sign them may result in being considered non-responsive. mbd forms which forms part of the bid document must be completed in full and be duly signed, failure to do this will result in the bidder being considered nonresponsive.

The required quantities must be delivered within 4 weeks upon receiving the order from SAPO. the required quantities must be delivered to the following address within 4 weeks uponreceiving the order from sapo

Payment is made 30 days upon statement date, inclusive of VAT. the contract price for the services provided by the service provider to the post office shall be inclusive of vat and payable 30 days upon statement date.

The bid is evaluated on price (80%) and specific goals (20%). commercial price 80 and specific goal 20.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and be tax compliant. bidders must be registered on the national treasury central supplier database csd and sapo will not do business with a supplier who is not tax complaint.

A sample of the vest must be provided within 2 weeks of being notified of preferred bidder status. the successful bidder must provide scm quality management department, silverton with a sample of the sapobranded reflective vests within two 2 weeks of being notified of their preferred bidder status

Late bids, incomplete pricing, non-compliance with specifications, and failure to submit required documents can lead to disqualification. no late bid will be accepted and incomplete pricing will deem non responsive bid and will not be considered in the evaluation process.
