Service Bar Tenders

Bids must be submitted before 11:00 AM on the closing date, 27 November 2026. bids received after the closing date and time will not be accepted for consideration.

The 80/20 preference point system applies: 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals. the lowest acceptable bid will score 80 points for price and remaining 20 points for specific goals.

Bidders must have at least 5 years experience in similar services with 4 contactable references. service provider should have at least five 5 years experience in the services supported by proof from four 4 contactable references

Penalties are calculated using the current prime interest rate for each day of delay. deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services using the current prime interest rate calculated for each day of the delay

Enquiries must be received no later than one week (7 days) prior to the deadline for submission of bids. dmsa will respond in email to any request for clarification of the tender documents which it receives no later than one 1 week 7 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids

Failure to submit required documents, including CSD registration, tax compliance, and memory stick with soft copy, will disqualify the bid. failure to submit the memory stick shall disqualify a bid.
