A compulsory clarification meeting is required: a compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 19 november 2026 at 10: 00 at 1st floor, 1 market street, paarl.

Failure to attend the compulsory meeting, late arrival, or non-compliant submission leads to disqualification: bidders that fail to attend the compulsory clarification meeting will be disqualified and failure will result in the bid being invalid.
