Bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. Late bids will not be accepted for consideration. Closing date is 09 November 2026 at 11am.

Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of the approved invoice according to an agreed payment schedule, in South African rands, on a fixed price inclusive of VAT.

Bidders listed in the register for tender defaulters or restricted suppliers will be automatically disqualified. Where a persons are listed in the register for tender defaulters and or the list of restricted suppliers, that person will automatically be disqualified from the bid process.

Payment terms are 30 days after statement as stated in the input.

Bids are evaluated on a points system based on weighted average score for price and preference with preference point allocation 80/20 (price 80, preference 20).

Bidders must complete, sign submit the sbd4 declaration and submit csd report and must be register on csd.

if any of the above requirements is not submitted with the quote it will be an immediate disqualification and quotations sent on word or excel format will not be accepted.
