Bidders are invited to submit quotations for the supply, delivery, and decanting of diesel at Amalinda offices. The bid closing date is 18 August 2026 at 11h00. Evaluation is in two phases: administrative compliance, followed by evaluation on the PPPFA 80/20 points system (80 points for price, 20 for specific goals). Bids must include all transport, labour, and equipment costs. A compulsory company wholesale fuel license is required.
Bids must be deposited in the tender box not later than 11h00 on the 18 august 2026.
Payments shall be made promptly by the purchaser, but in no case later than thirty 30 days after submission of an invoice or claim by the provider.
The warranty shall remain valid for twelve 12 months after the goods. . . have been delivered to and accepted at the final destination indicated in the contract, or for eighteen 18 months after the date of shipment from the port or place of loading in the source country, whichever period concludes earlier.
The department intends to award this to the highest point scorer as whole, unless circumstances justifies otherwise.
Bidders must be registered on the central supplier database csd prior the award.
A delay by the provider in the performance of its delivery obligations shall render the provider liable to the imposition of penalties, pursuant to gcc clause 22, unless an extension of time is agreed upon pursuant to gcc clause 21.
Bidder may be requested to submit the samples of the quoted material before the final award is made.
No tender shall be awarded to a bidder who is not tax compliant.
