Bids must be deposited in the tender box by 12h00 noon on 30 November 2026. bids which are not deposited in the relevant bid box on or before the closing date and time will not be considered.

Payments made within 30 days after submission of a valid tax invoice. payments shall be made promptly by the purchaser, but in no case later than thirty 30 days after submission of a valid tax invoice or claim by the provider.

Warranty valid for 36 months after delivery and acceptance, or 18 months after shipment, whichever concludes earlier. this warranty shall remain valid for thirty six 36 months after the goods. . . have been delivered to and accepted at the final destination.

Bids can be disqualified for failure to submit a valid tax clearance certificate, being in service of the state, or collusive bidding. As stated: failure to submit the original and valid tax clearance certificate will result in the invalidation of the bid.

Bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. Late bids will not be accepted for consideration. The closing date is **** at 10:00.

No service rendered or delivery to be made without a purchase order. Services rendered or goods delivered without a purchase order will not be paid for.

The award of business will be made to a bidder who has scored the highest overall points for this stage of the evaluation, based on the PPPFA preference point system of 80/20 where price will amount to 80 points, and specific goals will amount to 20 points.

Quotes will only be compliant if bidder has submitted proof that the bidder is in good standing with SARS, SBD1 invitation to bid, SBD4 bidders disclosure, and a completed and signed pricing schedule.

A bidder shall be disqualified from bidding if any attempt is made either directly to solicit and/or canvass any information from any employee or agent of NYDA regarding this bid from the date the offer is submitted until the date of award of the bid.

The municipality shall adjudicate and award bids in accordance with the preferential procurement policy framework act, **** act 5 of **** as well as the bela bela local municipality supply chain policy. tenders received will be evaluated in terms of the **** or **** preferential point system goals

The evaluation uses price 80 and specific goals scorecard 20 as stated in the document.

The site inspection is voluntary: the site inspection is voluntary and it is not compulsory to attend the site inspection.
