Failure to submit required documents leads to disqualification: a score of 0 zero will be allocated if compulsory documents not duly completed and signed and if insufficient proof submitted at the closing time and date.

Payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of invoice, as stated: payment for the goodsworks delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, within 30 thirty days after receipt of an invoice accompanied by the deliverables.
