The 80/20 point system is used: the **** system shall be used for evaluation of tender documents in terms of preferential procurement point framework act with price 80 points and specific goals 20 points.

Bids that are late, incomplete, unsigned or by facsimile, electronically or not completed in black ink will be rejected and non-submission of required documents like company registration or tax PIN results in automatic disqualification.

Bidders must be registered with the Central Suppliers Database (CSD). suppliers submitting quotation should be registered with central suppliers database csd, csd number must be submitted. if supplier is not registered they cannot be considered for evaluation.

Failure to submit required documents will result in disqualification. failure to comply with 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above will result in automaticdisqualification of the bid
