Failure to submit required documents renders bid nonresponsive. failure by the bidder to submit duly completed documents as mentioned above will render the bid proposal nonresponsive

The evaluation includes price and award and specific goals with 20 points for BBBEE level 1 and 2 contributors. The contract is awarded at SAA's sole discretion.

Bidders must have minimum five 5 years experience in ibm planning and analytics tm1, including proven implementation and support experience within the airlineaviation industry and provide ibm partner letter and refences of clients in airlineaviation industry.

Bidders must be PSIRA registered, have 3+ years experience, established office and control room in eThekwini. bidder must have a minimum of three 3 years experience or more in the security business and being operational

Failure to complete and submit required tender forms, incomplete pricing schedules, or non-compliance with PSIRA requirements will invalidate bids. failure to comprehensively complete the pricing schedules shall invalidate a bid

Bidders must meet mandatory stage 1 compliance requirements including completion and signature of all rfq documentation and demonstrated delivery of production support, maintenance, enhancements and/or integration for a live passenger rail and/or bus ticketing environment.

Failure to meet mandatory stage 1 requirement will result in disqualification and a score of zero for any main criterion. . . will result in disqualification.
