Bidders must be registered on National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD). business may not be awarded to a respondent who has failed to register on the csd.

Late submissions, incorrect email, or failure to submit mandatory documents will lead to elimination. bidder that submit late bids will not be considered and bidder that did not submit mandatory returnable documents as listed on annexure e will be eliminated.

The evaluation uses a 80 points for price and 20 for specific goals system, with price calculated using the formula ps 80 1 pt pmin pmin.

Bidders must submit signed availability confirmation, completed annexure b, cvs, certified qualifications and relevant certifications for all seven resources and meet mandatory technical requirements including dama certified data management professional cdmp at practitioner level or above.

Failure to submit mandatory documents will result in disqualification: failure to submit a mandatory document below will result in disqualification. Also, failure to submit or meet any mandatory technical requirement below will result in automatic disqualification.

Bidders must be registered on CSD, submit valid tax clearance, and provide BBBEE certificate. all prospective suppliers can register any time on the csd website www. ***. *. *

Compulsory site inspection/tender briefing meeting is required. service providers arriving at the meeting after the stipulated time will be disqualified

Objections or complaints must be lodged within 14 calendar days. any tenderer aggrieved by decisions or actions taken by the entity may lodge within fourteen 14 calendar days of the date of the decision or action, a written objection or complaint

Failure to attend compulsory site inspection, submit required documents, or register on CSD may lead to disqualification. tenders will not be considered from service providers who do not attend the meeting

Bids must be delivered by 11:00 on 17 November 2026. tender documents are to be submitted to misa reception and deposited in the tender box at misa offices, letaba house, **** heuwel road, riverside office park, centurion, ****.

80/20 preference point system applies. a maximum of 80 points is allocated for price and 20 points for specific goals.

Bidders must submit reference letters with minimum combined contract value of at least R5 million. reference letters from clients confirming the successful completion of individual projects, with a minimum combined contract value of at least r5 million five million rand.

MISA reserves the right to impose penalties. misa reserves the right to impose penalties andor cancel the contract when the service provider does not perform according to the scope.

Enquiries must be made in writing seven working days before closing date. all enquiries should be made at the briefing session and can also be made in writing seven 7 working days before the closing date of the bid.

Failure to attend compulsory briefing session results in disqualification. bidders are required to attend the hybrid compulsory briefing session. failure to attend and complete the attendance register will result in disqualification.
