Evaluation uses 80/20 preference point system: criteria points price 80 specific goals 20 total 100 points

Must attach three POS for similar items in past five years and provide CSD vendor number or CSD report. attach three pos for supplying similar items for the past five years

Quotations received after closing date will not be accepted and nonresponsive bids will be rejected. quotations received after the closing date will not be accepted. nb all nonresponsive bids will be rejected.

Penalties may be imposed for non-compliance with health and safety specification. Fines range from R50 to R10,000 or site closure, deducted from payment certificate. penalties may be imposed on contractors who do not comply with this health and safety specification

Bids must be delivered by 12:00 on 05 October 2026. bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. late bids will not be accepted for consideration.

Payment within 30 days after receipt of invoice. payment shall be made promptly by the purchaser, but in no case later than thirty 30 days after submission of an invoice or claim by the supplier.

Warranty valid for 12 months after delivery or 18 months after shipment. this warranty shall remain valid for twelve12 months after the goods. . . have been delivered to and accepted at the final destination.

80/20 preference point system: price 80 points, specific goals 20 points. price 80 points will be awarded to the bidder submitting to the lowest bid. preference 20 points will be awarded for specific goals required.

Bidders must submit full CSD report, rates clearance certificate, and proof of residence. latest full csd report not older than 3 months and all municipal rates and taxes of the renderer must be paid. . . rates clearance certificate not older than 3 months must be submitted.

Penalty of 10% of invoice amount for failure to deliver. the employer may withhold 10 of the invoice amount if the service provider fails to deliver as specified.

Failure to submit required documents leads to disqualification. failure to do so will lead to disqualification and no bids will be considered from persons in the service of the state.
