Bids must be submitted by the closing date and time specified in the RFP. Late bids will not be accepted. a bid shall be submitted to the land bank by no later than the closing date and time specified in accordance with the directions issued in the rfp. late bids will not be accepted.

Mandatory Gold or Platinum partnership with Kaspersky is required. mandatory gold platinum partnership required. rfq response must include the prime bidders gold or platinum certificate from kaspersky and a letter from kaspersky confirming their goldplatinum partnership level is current.

Bidders on the register for tender defaulters or restricted suppliers list will be disqualified. where a persons are listed in the register for tender defaulters and or the list of restricted suppliers, that person will automatically be disqualified from the bid process.

Bidders must provide statutory compliance documentation including vendor accreditation form, CSD registration, tax compliance status PIN, B-BBEE certificate, and FICA KYC documents. all tenderers responding to this request for proposals should provide the following statutory compliance documentation in order to be considered

Bids may be disqualified for false declarations, non-compliance with submission requirements, or distorted pricing. any false declaration of information will result in the exclusion of the proposal from consideration and tenders may be disqualified if tendered rates are found to be distorted.

Late tenders will be disqualified. The notice states: late tenders will be disqualified from the bidding process.

The evaluation is based on price and specific goals. The weighting is price 80 and specific goals 20.

Bidders must submit mandatory documents including valid isoiec **** information security management and isoiec **** information security incident management certificates.

Bidders failing to submit mandatory documents will be disqualified. any bidder who fails to submit a mandatory document will be disqualified at this stage and not evaluated further.
