Quotations offer will only be accepted if: 1 the supplier is registered on the central supplier database CSD for the South African Government see https:secure. csd. gov. za 2 the supplier provides tax pin and must be tax compliant. 3 the supplier or any of its directorsshareholders is not listed on the register of tender defaulters. 4 the supplier or any of its directorsshareholders is not listed on the register of supplierdefaulters. 5 in terms of the prevention and combating of corrupt activities act of **** as a personprohibited from doing business with the public sector terms of the prevention and combating ofcorrupt activities act of **** as a person prohibited from doing business with the public sector6 the supplier has not: i abused the employers supply chain management system orii failed to perform on any previous contract and has been given a written notice to thiseffect andiii the supplier has completed the compulsory declaration and there are no conflicts ofinterest which may impact on the suppliers ability to perform the contract in the bestinterests of the employer or potentially compromise the procurement process. 7 the prices quoted are valid for at least ninety 30 days from date of your offer. 8 the prices quoted are firm and are inclusive of vat where applicable.

The bid notice states that no quotations will be considered from persons in the service of the state.

Quotations must be placed in the municipal tender box not later than 12h00, Tuesday on the 26th of May 2026.

All suppliers must be registered on the central supplier database (CSD). A current original tax clearance certificate of SARS is to be submitted. A current certified municipal rates services clearance certificate to be submitted. Attached declaration of interest to be completed. A current certified BBBEE certificate must be submitted in order to claim preference points.

Faxed, emailed or late quotations will not be accepted. Failure on the part of a tenderer to submit proof or documentation required in terms of this tender to claim points for specific goals with the tender, will be interpreted to mean that preference points for specific goals are not claimed.
