The department reserves the right not to award to the lowest bidder.

All suppliers to be on the SITA RFB 740 transversal contract. Supplier not on the SITA RFB 740 transversal contract will be regarded as nonresponsive.

A delay by the supplier in the performance of its delivery obligations shall render the supplier liable to the imposition of penalties, pursuant to gcc clause 22, unless an extension of time is agreed upon pursuant to gcc clause 21.

Failure to comply with the supply chain management administrative compliance shall result in the offer being considered noncompliant and shall be rejected.
