The bid closing date is 04 May 2026. Late submissions will not be considered for evaluation.

The bid will be awarded to the bidder with the highest total number of points, based on the 80/20 preference points system where 80 points are for price and 20 points are for BBBEE status level contributor.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and have active status on or before the closing date and time of the bid, and submit a CSD report. A WCBD4 form must be attached, completed, stamped, signed, and dated by a commissioner of oaths. Each party participating in a joint venture or consortium must be tax compliant and provide a WCBD4.

The ASEZCO reserves the right to request any additional information and/or samples of items quoted.

The bid notice states that delivery is required within 2 working days after the official order has been provided to the appointed bidder.
