If bidders are in the service of the state, companies with directors who are persons in the service of the state, or close corporations with members persons in the service of the state, they will not be considered. The tenderer must submit a SHE file complying with the latest amendment of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. The contractor will only be issued with a site access certificate once his/her SHE file has been approved and accepted by ATNS. The tenderer must indicate how they claim points for each preference point system.
