Video Surveillance Tenders

Proposals must be properly received and deposited in the quotation box on or before the closing date and before the closing time.

Payments under the contract will be made upon satisfactory delivery of a required items.

The quotation document will be evaluated using responsiveness criteria and **** of the pppfa with its 2022 regulations.

The bidder must be in good standing to do business with the public sector not listed in the database of tender defaulters.

Incomplete, faxed, emailed and late proposal documents will not be considered.

Tenders must be personally deposited in the official tender box at the RBIDZ not later than 12:00 on 28 August 2026.

A non-refundable cash payment of **** is required for tender documents.

Payment will be made within 30 days after submission of an invoice accompanied by the delivery note.

The supplier warrants that the goods supplied are new, unused, of the most recent models, and incorporate all recent improvements. The warranty remains valid for twelve 12 months after delivery and acceptance, or eighteen 18 months after shipment, whichever concludes earlier.

Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the applicable preferential point scoring system as set out in the councils supply chain management policy, utilizing the 80/20 preference point system.

Bidders must be registered at National Treasury's Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and submit proof. A copy of the municipal account, not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days, is required.

If the supplier fails to deliver any or all of the goods or to perform the services within the periods specified in the contract, the purchaser shall deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services using the current prime interest rate calculated for each day of the delay.

Bids not containing compulsory documents will be deemed as non-responsive. Bids per fax or e-mail will not be considered. Incomplete, altered, modified, edited or formatted documents will not be considered.
