The bid notice states that the works be completed within 4 four working weeks after receiving purchase order, which shall include any statutory holidays falling within this period and shall exclude the period from 16 december to 6 january, both days included.

If found to be eligible it will be evaluated according to functionality if applicable and furthermore be evaluated according to PPPFA 80/20 price specific goal preference point system associated regulations.

The bidder must be registered with the construction industry development board in a minimum grading of 2GB/2CE or higher.

A compulsory briefing will be held on March 17, 2026, at Inanda Dam.

The service providers may be required to make presentations, supply samples, and provide further information or clarification.
