The contract is awarded to the bidder scoring the highest points, with price at 80 points and specific goals at 20 points. this contract will be awarded to the bidder scoring the highest points unless an objective criterion justifies the award of the tender to a bidder other than the highest scoring bidder.

Bidders must score at least 70 points on functional/technical requirements to be considered for price evaluation. bidders who score **** points or more out of 100 points for the functionaltechnicalrequirements, will be considered for price and specific goals evaluation.

Bidders must notify IDC procurement within five days after publication if functional requirements are not open and fair. should a bidder have reason to believe that the functional requirements are not openfair andor are written for a particular service provider the bidder must notify idc procurement within five 5 days after publication of the rfp.

Bids can be disqualified for late submission, incorrect platform, incomplete information, non-compliance with mandatory requirements, or non-compliant tax status. bidder who submits incomplete information and documentation according to the requirements of this rfp document

Bidders must be accredited with EWSETA or QCTO on water and wastewater treatment. proof of accreditation with ewseta or qcto on water and wastewater treatment
