Expression of Interest (EOI) for a panel of accredited pest control service providers for the Limpopo Department of Health for 36 months. Services include managing various pests in department facilities. Bidders must meet mandatory statutory requirements, including pest control registration and operator competency certificates. The bid will be evaluated in two phases: administrative compliance and price and specific goals. Late bids will not be accepted. Prices must be inclusive of VAT and delivery charges. Prices are firm for the first 12 months, with CPI adjustments thereafter.
Bids must be delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address. Late bids will not be accepted for consideration.
Payments shall be made promptly by the purchaser, but in no case later than thirty 30 days after submission of an invoice or claim by the supplier.
The supplier warrants that the goods supplied under the contract are new, unused, of the most recent or current models and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials.
The bid shall be allocated based on scoring ranking price and specific goals.
Bidders must submit a valid pest control registration certificate, valid pest control operator competency and accreditation certificates, and a company profile with business address.
Subject to GCC clause 25, if the supplier fails to deliver any or all of the goods or to perform the services within the periods specified in the contract, the purchaser shall, without prejudice to its other remedies under the contract, deduct from the contract price, as a penalty, a sum calculated on the delivered price of the delayed goods or unperformed services.
Bidders may be disqualified for failure to comply with administrative bidding requirements, failure to attach or complete designated areas of documents, or if information supplied is found to be false or incorrect.
