Bidders must submit a comprehensive maintenance plan. The building must meet Grade B standards and be accessible to people with disabilities. Occupancy is expected 6-9 months after lease signing. Various compliance certificates are required before occupation.
The closing date for bid submissions is 06 July 2026, at 11:00.
The department will only make payment for the space appointed as per the approved needs of the client department. Funding should be secured within 30 days after receipt of the lease agreement signed by both parties.

If the building is not ready within the specified period, the department reserves the right to terminate the lease agreement and/or recover any monies lost due to delays.
Failure to attend the clarification meeting will lead to disqualification. Incomplete submissions may be rejected. Failure to submit required documentation for preference points will result in those points not being claimed.
