The closing date and time for proposal submission is Wednesday, 17 June 2026, at 12:00 PM.

Payments shall be done within 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice.

The contract shall be awarded to the applicant scoring the highest points, based on price and specific goals.

Contractors must be registered with CIDB and possess CIDB grade 3GB.

If the successful service provider is underperforming on a continuous basis, or not meeting the service level required as per the contract, the MBDA shall be entitled to retain 10% of the monthly cost, and continued poor performance could result in the termination of the contract.

A compulsory briefing session will be held at the Mandela Bay Development Agency located at CNR Lower Valley Road and South Union Street on Monday, 25 May 2026, at 10:00 AM.

The last date for queries on this tender shall be Friday, 05 June 2026.

Bids may be considered nonresponsive if the bid has not been completed in full, or if all compulsory documents have not been included. Failure to submit an original hard copy as well as an electronic copy via the vendor portal or USB will deem the bid nonresponsive.
