Review and recommend new policies as follows for approval: 1. the remuneration policy of the entity 2. the performamance management policy of the entity. The service provider will be required to provide the following key elements when reviewing the policy: 1. to conduct an analysis of the current policies against johannesburg water total reward principles which includes paterson grading, pay structures design, internalextrnal equity, 50th percentile market positioning and affordability. 2. evaluate remuneration structures for package and nonpackage employees. 3. executives and design a single structure which aligns all levels including executive management. 4. conduct an assessment of the entity compliance to the principle of equal pay for work of equal value. 5. assess compliance with applicable labour legislation requirements, i. e. lra, bcea, eea, mfma, municipal systems act, companies act, income tax act, etc 6. assess current policy gaps and control weaknesses. 7. design performancelinked pay principles
