Bidders must ensure that all submitted conditions, documents, and information remain valid for the duration of the contract period. Bidders must price in accordance with the pricing schedule. Disbursements will be reimbursed at actual cost. ACSA requires all bidders to declare if they have politically exposed persons (PEPs) in their organization. Bidders must complete a declaration of interest form. The bid is subject to the preferential procurement policy framework act, **** and the preferential procurement regulations.
